Experience Matters:
- Co-founder of Balboa Investment Group, Inc. Built and launched many syndicated deals to investors. Held and improved and sold the deals for substantial returns to the investors. Built and launched a large value added real estate fund. Created a 1031Tax deferred trade practice for high net worth clients.
- Michael has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience. As a member of FedEx‘s Corporate Real Estate Division, he participated in and oversaw the company's domestic and international rollout, and negotiated leases for over one million square feet of leased space.
- Responsibilities included site selection, market analysis, originating and maintaining developer and broker networks, and negotiating commercial leases.
